S3 One Zone-IA is intended for use cases with infrequently accessed data that can be recreated if needed. For example, you can store secondary backup copies of on-premises data. Additionally, you can store data that is already replicated in another AWS Region for compliance or disaster recovery purposes. This makes One Zone-IA an unsuitable solution for this durable storage need.

A CloudWatch alarm action would give the company the ability to reduce the costs by turning off the instances during evenings and weekends.
